Well we've compiled a list of our favourite apps and videos to break up those hours of lifeless typing at your desk.
FOOD
My Fitness Pal:
My Fitness Pal is a fantastic app that allows you to log what you’re eating everyday. You can track your daily caloric intake and log your body measurements. While studying from home can remove a lot of our movement to and from uni, it's important to make sure we make small adjustments to our diet to align it with a less hectic lifestyle. https://www.myfitnesspal.com/
CIRCUITS
Simple Interval Timer: This app allows you to configure up to five different circuit times and is perfect if you've already got a fitness plan you're trying to stick to. Just enter your sets, action, and break time, and go get those gains.
VIDEOS
There are a lot of videos on YouTube catered towards different preferences. These can help correct your form, give you workout ideas, or just motivate you. These videos can vary from body-weight exercises to using equipment such as resistance bands, cotton bands, ankle weights, dumbbells - or just whatever you have lying around at home! Of course, you can alter their workouts however you want; they’re just a guide!
Chloe Ting: Offers workout programs that vary from 2-8 weeks, whether your goal is to tone, shred fat, or build muscle.
Pamela Reif: A variety of high intensity cardio videos sure to get the heart pumping.
Fitness Blender: Featuring more then 600 workout videos at a variety of levels and experience, so there’s something for everyone.
Popsugar Fitness: Popsugar Fitness features workouts such as P90X, the Victoria’s Secret workout, and Bar Method, to give you a taste of famous programs.

APPS
Apps are a great way to work out no matter what level of fitness you're at. A lot of the workouts on these apps are already planned out for you, all you need to do is download and go!
FitOn: FitOn tailors a workout plan for you based upon your goals! It has a lot of workout videos and features exclusive celebrity trainers.
ZombieRun: Ever fancied yourself living in a zombie apocalypse? Your daily run has become a lot more exciting with this app that takes you through different quests. As you run, you can collect items and unlock new adventures- all while running away from zombies.
Seven: Pressed for time? Seven is an app that provides you with a wide variety of seven minute workouts using just your body weight.
Sweat Deck: It’s like snap x exercise. Flip cards and perform the exercises they reveal. You can increase reps to your pleasure to unlock those gains.
